I am amit mudgal, mobile number : 9611699044. I applied a new airtel broadband connection on 6/08 in Bangalore.
TBLR of the application is 273912. Manager that gave me the connection was Prakasha. The amount I paid for the connection was Rs 999. I gave a ICICI Check numbered 663842 to BHARTI AIRTEL LTD. Money got debited from my account on 12/08.
I was supposed to get the connection in 2 working days (09/08). But till 22/08 i dint got the connection. In between i raised multiple complaints to get the connection.
Complaint Numbers for getting the connection: 2423350.
On 22/08 i raised cancellation request. Request Number : 2614632. It was told to me that refund will be processed in 8 to 10 working days.
I again verified multiple times but noting has happened. I had raised following complaints:
Complaint Number: 3205638 (I don't remember the exact details for this call)
Complaint Number: 3395002 (It was told to me by 10/09, i will definitely get my refund back)
But when i din't got any response back from airtel. I called airtel again today (10/09). They are telling me new stories that refund department has not received any application. Though as per airtel records they have received that on 10/08, stating installation can't be possible (got this info from customer care executive).
I have raised another complaint on 10/09. Complaint Number: 3806998. This complaint has to be resolved by 17/09. But i seriously doubt that.
Following are my questions:
1. Why was I given the connection, when the site doesn't had enough connection (I was contacted by airtel itself for a new connection)?
2. Why is refund not made even though numerous complains are raised? Are their any SLA's involved? If SLA's are their then provide me the copy, so that i can verify any take necessary action.
3. Why customer care executive disconnects the call? I had faced this as the biggest issue. I had to make around 4 calls each time to raise one complaint.
Finally i wanted to say. I had already suffered enough i guess, made enough calls etc. I believe if the problem is not resolved by 17th of September (17/09) and my questions are not answered. I had no option but to go consumer form. Please understand the gravity of the situation and kindly process my refund ASAP.
