Not receiving book

On march 13 I did online payment of RS 375/- for the book '50 Maestros Recordings'.I used a netsafe card (No.5248 7742 3058 8650) for RS 375/- for this purpose. The details given below

But I haven't received any confirmation message from firm so far. When I contacted my banker (HDFC), I found that Living media India had accepted RS 375/- on 13th March for delivering the said book at the shipping address mentioned above. But the book is yet to be delivered at the shipping address mentioned above
