I had made a payment for my last month credit card bill for the amount of Rs.2471 on 18/08/09 through ICICI bank (by online transaction). The respective amount had been debited from ICICI bank on the same day and they had provided me the reference number for the transaction. Till, the amount has not been credited into my Axisbank Credit bank account.
Upto now, I had contacted Axisbank Customer Care for 15 times and had sent the mail for 4 times. The problem has not been resolved till now.
First of all, the Customer Service Executive asked me to wait for 12 hrs, and then again 12 hrs and then asked me to wait upto evening and then 48 hrs and then they booked the callback but didn't called me. I had called again, they asked me for the Amount transaction Reference number, i had sent it on the same day and then they asked for the print screen for the amount debited from ICICI bank and now they are asking for the scanned copy of the ICICI bank statement.
i had made 15 calls upto till date. For each call the CSE's had take approximately 20 minutes and approximately i had spent 300 minutes with Axisbank Customer Care for this issue. So i had lost Rs.650 approximately (300 x 2.25).
ICICI bank had given me the reference number for my payment (Payment ID: 0116317189). Please help me to resolve this issue.
