Credit cards not issued

My name is ravikumar V of Vijayawada/Andhra pradesh.

I have applied for Credit card with AxisBank almost seven months back (Application Ref No.694172). And the telephonic verification done by Hyderabad people .on 08th October'07 verification is done at my office. But still Credit cards is not issued - reason not known - when i checked with Credit cards people Today@vijayawada.
