I placed an order no#1001613367 on Bag It Today on 30/12 for Sunglasses, its been more than 2 weeks, i haven't received my product not any response from then for my emails ([email protected]). Whenever i try calling then on the number provided 011-40502424 its always busy, even i tried contacting then to other number & email 0120-4112424 & [email protected] even then no luck.
Can anyone assist is this bagittoday.in a fraud site which is fooling people, This is my first order and i thought since its promoted by THE INDIA TODAY Group, its should not be fraud and will get good customer service. But its the worst service i came across from my all the online purchases made from different websites.
Hope there is someone from THE INDIA TODAY monitoring it and get back to me.
