Defect in the bike

I had purchased a bajaj pulsar 150 about less than a year before and i got some defective parts in it. When I give it to the service they had taken charges for repairing it. My bike is under the warranty period and the part was defective so I think it should be repaired free of cost otherwise i am goin to consumer court, think on i and if you wanna talk to me than call me at 09887169669 or we ll meet at consumer court.
