Ajay, muzaffar, mahesh, suryajeet, arvind, it is a matter of 21st march, maine raat ko 11.15p.m. apke customer care mein call kiya tha. Pehle mujhe ajay aur suryajeet ne half an hour hold karvaya aur call disconnect kar diya then arvind said ki tumhe jo karna hai kar lo jahan complaint karvani hai karlo then muzaffar ne mera poora matter sunne ke baad mera call drop kar diya. Mujhe in sab logo ne 1am tak wait karvaya n there is no result. What sort of customer care executives are they? Even they dont have manners that how to talk with customers. I want the feedback of all of them and I want my balance refund.
