I am a Barclaycard holder (CARD NO: 4339 4887 1207 8717). I was offered an invitation to priority circle membership which according to my understanding was offered free of cost. But on 12/11 my account reflected a charge of Rs. 6000/- servicetax 741.60 (6741.60)
