Not received the statement

Hey, I had been issued an BarclayCard in the month of FEB 08 and I used it for the first time last month in june, however till date I've not received the statement.

I have been calling the Helpline no. 6000 4444- mentioned on the back of the card, where a prerecorded message says pls call on 6724 2222, buth that no is perenially busy.

Pls advise how to go about paying the amount due without penalties being incurred.
