Barclaycard credit card payment

Hi,

I hold the Barclaycard, Before 6 months back I called the customer care to cancel the card and one of the customer care executive told if you pay the pending amount of 2194/- than we will cancel the card. but from last three months I am getting the Automated calls from barclay credit cards department regarding the late payment for six months. I am getting around 5 calls on daily basis and 5-10 msgs.

I don't know what should i supposed to do in this matter.

Please any body can give me the email ids of the senior people of the barcaly card.
