Non receipt of Credit Card

Application was submitted to bank for issue of Credit Card. Credit Card was couriered at my resident but it was not accpected by me since the spelling of my surname was wrongly mentioned. Minimum 5 to 6 months must have been gone and i have yet to receive new card with my proper name indicated on card. I hope you will look into matter arrange to issue fresh credit card in my name
