I have received a call from Barclaycard Priority circle between 20 September to 30 September regarding offering membership of Barclaycard Priority Circle.
when I was asked for details and documents for the same but not provided by them.
and she is not asked for this circle as "no refundable" no "cancellation" etc.
regarding the same I immediately made the following calls to your Barclaycard Priority circle :-

Nisha - 01145081222 - 17.10.2008 she said no cancellation and no refunded the circle membership as per our terms and conditions and refused to hear call and misbehave with me.
you are requested to read the terms and conditions Barclaycard Priority circle para 2b & 2c carefully.

in view of the above you are requested to cancel the membership and credit all the amount ie. Rs 7619.93 till date and expenses incurred by me Rs 2500/- forward to me by cheque/draft immediately without fail.
I will be foraward a legal notice shortly from Delhi Highcourt.
