WORST SERVICE THROUGH PHONE BANKING. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR BILL WITHIN DUE DATE AND A PROMPT SMS WILL SAY "DELIVERED THE BILL VIDE POD" AND THAT THE SMS IS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR REPLY. FOR A BILL WITH DUE DATE 25TH OF MONTH, IF CHEQUE DROPPED AS EARLY AS 2OTH OF THE MONTH, THERE WILL BE CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE NEXT BILL FOR MAKING PAYMENT "LATE"
