I logged a request on net dt 26 Sept for the replacement of my BL-5C battery. After that i had called up several times to B'lore 080-30303838 request nos 2/3BAHW dt 2 Sept 08 and request no 2/3CLTTH dt 16/9/08 for the same. So many times they have not given me the any request no. Every time i am told a new story by customercare executice. I called up yesterday, i was told that there senior executive will call me up within 1 hr but nobody called up. Today again i called up and now i am told that is a seprate deptt and he will forwrd a mail to them.
Pl look into the same urgently.
