>When I changed over to this plan the facility to Talk with any two Local Vodafone no of with 10 paise/min was available at the rent of 25 Rs each (i.e. about 22 Nov), at that time of changing of this tarrif request registration of these two no (to talk with 10 paise) was not taken as the tarrif conversion will take min 7 days & confirmation of change of tarrif will be sent (told by customer care Executives at Kalyan), but no any confirmation sent by vodafone. & When I returned from my Haryana Buisness Trip on 18 Dec I gone to Voda fone Galary Kalyan they told me that this scheme of calling two vodafone no at 10 paise/min, was closed.

>Now the question is that why I should pay 990 for lifetime postpaid that to giving the Caller ID charges 50/- when the lifetime prepaid is available in just 199 with Caller ID free.

>But when I talked this way to Vodafone Executive they said that we cannot refund the 990/-, either way I further requested to give me the facillity for two Nos calling at 10 paise, as on today the service at the rental 15 Rs to call any selected Local Vodafone no at 20paise/min is available. but in vain!!!

>Thirdly on my Phone A/c 1500/-(out of -) deposits is unnecessry holded, on asking about this to Vadafone Executive, replies that you will not get that excessive ammount refund unless this mobile no will be either closed or converted to prepaid.

>

>Now I Ask Vodafone, that is any compensative benifit is being given to me by Vodafone for the holding my 1500/- excessive amm. on this A/c for last two years??? or Vodafone will give up any delay charges of 1500/- amm bill outstanding form my end.
