I have a got a ABN AMRO credit card by a special offer life term free. I have paid a payment for 2-3 transaction that i have done, Now they are calling me again and again and asking for payments that Ihad already paid, I requested to communicate thru email, not by phone/mobile, as i need written document, I have given twice my email ID, but never got any email from ABN AMRO. I requested to provide their email ID, but they dont.
Every time they calling, and harassing me by unwanted discussion, but not providing email id, they asked you give me in written i asked again for email but no response. I have to see for which transaction i have not paid.
What I have to do?
