I have purchased a mobile Classic 762 on 12/5. The phone shows the earphone symbol on screen on every 5 or 6 minutes from the day one by switching on and off the symbol goes off. When I contacted to the Classic Service center R.K.Computers, Circuit House Chouraha, Bareilly They checked the serial no. on their own records, not my bill date and said its warranty is completed in March and the set old more than 1 year. I was surprised and contact again to the dealer Mr. Sandeep The Ice Hut, But he was clearly denied his responsibility. I have the bill of this mobile dt 12/5 and I want to file the case in consumer forum. Please suggest how it is possible
