My laptop 700 series still in warranty period but the HP service or compaq service center not ready to change my keyboard (due to switch problem) or not even give me the proper responce since last one month.

so i proceed for insurance but still i not get any help from HP or compaq, though i sent complain but they send me web page link, so again i have to do same thing in same link page.

i hope this may help me lot...
