On 14/06/09 we bought a laptop model compaq CQ45 from Reliance digital bangalore. After coming home and checking functions of laptop, we found out that the usb port of laptop was not working. On 15/06/09 my husband went back to Reliance digital showroom. They checked it and found that there is some other problem with the laptop. So they sent my husband to HP service centre. He waited there for many hours than he got the answer that they will check it and give reply within two days. If it is working better they will call us other we will have to go to showroom and buy another model. I am not happy with the service.
We were not given better service for such a costly product we bought. Why we had to go here and there to repair the new product just 1 day old. I am not happy with the service. I want a new product of same model and configuration without running for it.
