Cancellation of Credit cards

Respected Sir,

we have already surrender all our cards i.e primary & add on on 7th Nov (Ref No: SBI 042005). Recently we have rcd statment stating o/s amount of Rs.551.86 towards annual fees. I am totally disappointed with your poor services being esteem in credit card company. Take this matter seriously being it is happening several times before.
