I am a consumer of Delhi Jal Board Details of my water connection are as under :-

Area :- 4/EZ-2, Sub Area code:- A-15, Water Connection no.:-97607

Bills Cycle:- 1). 7 2).10, 3). 1

Bills periods :- 31/01 to 18/06, 19/06 to 23/08, 24/08 to 31/12.

Bills No. : 12338 dt. 25/07, 70943 dt. 16/10, 136758 dt. 13/01.

THESE BILLS ARE SENT WITH A REMARK "DEFECTIVE AND PROVISIONAL AVERAGE BILL" BUT OUR METER IS WORKING PROPERLY AND SHOWS READING PROPERLY, AFTER MY SEVERAL COMPLAINTS DELHI JAL BOARD DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST IT, MY ONLINE COMPLAINT NO. IS W00001121 DATED 28/05. THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SEND FRESH BILLS AS PER OUR METER READING AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
