An envelope was couriered on 12th march (Shipment No Z06292863) to be delivered in New Delhi only, it was containing the application forms and the challan of deposit of Rs.400 which was to be submitted to the Examination Unit HRDG CSIR latest by 23rd of March. But it was returned to us as Undelivered on 3rd of April.
