Fridge bought on 01/05

I purchased a fridge on 01/05 and it got spoiled. They came to check it and changed the PCB on 26/05 which is just after completion of one year and I paid Rs.3, 000.00. It still does not work and now their technician says you have to pump in the gas which will cost me Rs.1, 200.00. They are not checking the entire problem and telling me once and for all what needs to be done. Neither do they have the time to speak. The person incharge is never available. I paid Rs. 24, 500.00 and have purchased it from Vijay Sales - Opera House.

I cant keep repairing a product of Rs.24, 500.00 and keep paying money in thousands. I have spent quiet a lot on my telephone calls as well.

Can you please look into this matter for me.
