My Electrolux Fridge model-ER47FF which i bought 2 years back suddenly stopped working last month. I called up there call centre and was given a complaint no. 5s0060808160017 .Since then it has been a month and i have been following up with there "engineers" who promise that they will sort out the problem. After running after them for four weeks and spending Rs 3000/- on replacing unnecessary parts my fridge is still not working.
The engineers have stopped taking our phone calls and call centre does not bother to ensure weather the complaint has been attended to.
Is this the way to treat customers? This kind of treatment totally destroys the credibility of electrolux company whose products i have used for last two decades. Is anybody listening
