Not Refund

Dear sir,

My problem is that I had a reservation in 2963/Mewar express on 7th october which was cencelled due to track problem created by Gujjers. After that I informed to IRCTC through e-mail on 8th october for refund which i had paid for ticket. But till today i do not get refund of fare of my e-ticket.

Please solve my problem.
