Eureka forbes AMC at mumbai
No follow up and refusal to come

I have an AMC of my aquaguard from Eureka forbes which i had taken from New Aqua Gold enterprises in Mumbai. they assured us that they will come for a checkup when called or at least once every 3 months. My complaint is that despite calling them at least 10-15 times they have refused to come and last time they said that the AMC is no longer valid in colaba area. this is unbelieavable. the phone no of the AMc persons are 9820173725 and 9820812019. Can anyone do anything
