I have a two year service contract with the Co. for service of my water purifier. They were supposed to visit every 3 months, which they haven't done. My water purifier failed on 15/03 morning and I immediately lodged a complaint. They are supposed to attend within 48 hrs. On repeated complaints, they merely give assuarances, increase the priority, but till 20/03/09 they have not attended the complaint. My earlier experience with their service is also pathetic. Fresh buyers of Aquaguard products BEWARE.
