I purchased an Aquaguard Classic Water Purifier 2000 for home use. From the very next year I opted for AMC for that product. This year I experienced really really a bad response from the company. In August 07 I registered a complain of breakage of plastic clamp holding the candle filter. Then on 30th November 07, I registered another complain to change the UV chamber because it developed a hole through which water is continuously leaking. Both the complains remained unattended even after repeated calls to the office. The service people even did not bother to inform me about the delay of attending to my complains. I talked to Mr. Sudip Chakraborty, manager, Guwahati Office informing him about these development today.
