I had purchased aquaguard green RO on saturday (14-april) from bhopal. One of the main reasons i went for aquaguard was that it wastes only 30 percent water and a guaranty if afetr sales service.

But my horrible exp with auqaguard has already begin in just 2 days of purchase. The RO is not functioning up to the mark. There is a lot of water being wasted... nowhere close to 30 percent as promised. The water pressure at outlet is just too low. One glass takes 5 minutes to fill.

I called up the sales people for my complaint where i was rudely brushed off saying that the sales team doesnt look at it. They had to sell the product and that is it. Anything after sales, service team looks at it. I had called up the sales team about 1-15 times today (16-apr). The service team was least bothered about my problem let alone looking into it. After multiple calls, a technician visited me just now. He looked at the RO and said 'water wastage is 70% not 30%.'. When i told him to give this in writing he refused and changed his comment. On the water pressure, he said this is how it is. He was not ready to understand or look at the issue properly.

I am really feeling sorry that i purchased aquaguard over kent or other ROs. I strongly think that the RO installed is faulty and it SHOULD be replaced. I do not believe that the RO will give me so much trouble within 2 days of purchase.

Its really a shame on eureka forbes on installing faulty product and rude and incompetent staff.
