Not providing proper service by Samlex Enggineers, ambala Cantt

I got my aquaguard service (i.e candle and carbon changed) frm Samlex Engineers, ambala cantt but the next day the the aquaguard is giving muddy water at its output. the same has been conveyed to the samlex engineers and they hv collected the sample of water and thr engg. wh visited my home also agreed tht water is muddy but now they are taking no action to recitfy the fault.i hv been calling frm the last 2 months and he has refused to rectify the fault. kindly see into the matte
