Dear Sir,

We have amc contract with your company vide Customer no 1005360791 Contract receipt No 10 15634438 dated 30.12.08. We have lodge a complain on 23.7.09 over telephone. Then after several reminder an engineer came and inspect the purifier and told the circuit board is bad and need to replace. On 31.07.09 he came with a very old circuit board. We asked him to install a new board then he told that this is company's policy. We have not accepted the old board. Sir please confirm that this the policy to change the new circuit board with an very very old one. otherwise we have to took necessary action.

We are drinkng unsafe water for a week. Hope you understand the problem and take necessary action.
