Hose pipe

I have bought the vacuum cleaner from the eureka forbes with life time support for the product.

the hose pipe, the whole set is totally broken.

when i contacted their bangalore office 10 days back they have informed - will call me once they receive the material.

today, when i called them on 080 22222314, they dont have the stock. again they said -will call me once they receive the stock.

i require this hose pipe for vacuum cleaning invariably else the whole cleaner is waste.

pl help me procure this material
