NON-REFUND OF RS 1000 FOR AMC

I have lodged a complaint no 82080307 on 26 Oct on company's Toll No 3988 3333 for refund of AMC amount paid for old waterpurifier which was later on exchanged with GOLD NOVA new purifier. I was advised that the same shall be adjusted against new purifier AMC but for that separate payment of Rs 1450 was made by me and I was informed that Rs 1000 will be refunded independently.
