I am prasanta kumar mondal and reciept no. is 023135 and C.S.S's name is 'amit kumar das' code no. is 9001986 has to suffer a lot. The sales person attended to our house showed us the demonstration and without out concern took rs.500 gave a reciept for booking. within half an hour we called up and said we dont want the eureka forbes aquagaurd but they didin't listened to us and after the 3 days came and gave the product but when we asked to take back the product back the are not ready to take it back. Now they are forcing us to take the product which we didnt want to take due our personal problem. So this is a earnest request to take back the product and return the money. so take necesary steps as soon as possible.
