Aquagaurd not serviced even after valid contract for one year...
Delay in Service-
I am facing a problem with regard to service from Eureka Forbes. From 3 April. I am regularly calling the service centre for servicing our R.O. Water purifier. Still the service has not been done. After contacting many times, number of Sri Sai Siddhi Services person was provided, stating that he is head and will resolve the problem. However, even after calling many times, he stated that company is not providing Filters to him. Tel. number of this person is. 9322369156. His landline number is 022- 23522912. After so many reminders he gave number of Sunny as 7498243385 stating that actually is Head. Mr. Sunny also promised to get the service done in 2 days. However, even after talking with Mr. Sunny, no service was done. The Helpline is also Helpless. Every time I call they provide me new complaint number. But reality is I am calling every time for the service only. The latest complaint number has been told as 86908318 by Shri Jaideep over the Helpline on 14.05.2012 at 5.40 PM. My questions are :-
1. Will company will provide service ever as per contract.
2. What is the reasons for delay.
3. Is company not responsible for any water borne disease due to fault in service.
4. If this is the level of service, that a simple servicing of RO takes more than one month...(and god only knows when the servicing will be actually done)... what is the sanctity of the contract of service.
Hope Some responsible and sensible person will act on my complaint.
