Eplacement at warrenty period not happened as what informed while selling

Sir,

I bought Eureka forbes product RO Water filter in the month of Nov;07 with the warranty of 2 years, product details given below.

Product cost was Rs14500 (INR).till the warrenty since this is water filter we will replace all the filters even if it is in good condition at the end of every year. This is the information given by sales person at demo and commisioning.

But as of (even after 1.5 years) today.no filter is changed and we found water taste is bad and reported over phone, Eureka service personnel says that you need to pay Rs3800 to change the filter.

Now entire family gone to hospital and taking treatment for fever, vomitng and loose motion. Discharge summary and other details are available.
