I have had a very bad experience with my water purifier from eureka forbes.i have got a anual service contract with the company but let me tell you that the services rendered by the company are very pathetic and you get only false assuarance from the customer care.but in absence of any senior authority the customers are been taken for granted.even after complaining upteen number of times no one turns up for days to come to rectify the problem.i think one should think twice before buying eureka forbes products
