I have purchased Eureka Forbes. Recently I have entered in to AMC with the company for two years from 02.07.08. The service engineer came and changed the candles. Mild colour was seen in the outlet water. The service engineer agreed that the water should be checked in a lab. no action from then. I have lodged two complaints. Recent one is on 30th June with service request no. 51516898. Despite regular follow-up no action on their part.
