Non Attendance to Complaints

I have a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier-Compact Model which is under AMC with a franchisee of Eureka Forbes in Sriganganagar in Rajasthan. Despite repeated complaints, the representatives of the franchisee has failed to respond. Every phone call to the franchisee- 01542485914/9414088914 ends with them promising that the representative will arrive immediately, however despite 3 complaints they have failed to come.

The company needs to address this issue of non attendance at the earliest. Their reputation is at stake.
