Non refund for failed/cancelled booking

I made a booking of air tickets on Ezeego.com on 13th september but got it cancelled on 28th october. But it's almost three months and they have refund me the money despite talking to their customer care centre many a times. After that I booked ticket on 29th december for whcih PNR number was not generated and after talking to their customer care centre I placed a cancellation request for same. I tried the same booking on 31 december through the customer care centre on telephone. But same problem recurred. The customer care executive told me that I should not worry and this transaction will be automatically cancelled and money refunded to my card. After that I have been checking the status with them every two three days and they are just giving a assurance that it will be done and someone will contact me in next 72 hours. Again I called up them on 20th january and now they say that I should have placed the cancellation request for booking on 31st december too. For refunds again they are saying that in 72 hours they will call me. It seems that these people recruit people with no knowledge about the system of the company. Secondly these companies are taking the customer for a ride by keeping their money with them
