Non receipt of free gift

I subscribed to femina in June vide subscription no. 00260404 and my customer ID is 00154177 though my subscriptioin is regular but till date I have not received my free gift i.e. HIDESIOGN-STYLISH PART BAG. pleas look into the matter and arrange to send the same at the earliest.
