MOBILE IS NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a fly mobile phone on 05/05, form HOT SPOT, but my phone is not working after purchase, his keypad dosn't work proper and speaker is also not work. I have submited my mobile so many time to fly service centre, but problem is same.

Please help me to replace my fly mobile phone.
