I purchased this Forest Hilo water bottle from the The Landmark book store in citicenter chennai in Oct 08 for 300 odd rs which had a freezing stick for cold water, for my daughter. shockingly i discovered the the freezing stick had developed a crack along its length with its seal unbroken and all the freezing liquid may have leaked into my kids drinking water sometime. and she has definitely unknowingly consumed it... who is responsible for such negligience!!! WHy do we go to such big stores and pay so much money to buy these things.. shall attach pics late
