This is to share my ever worst experience of online shopping came with Future bazaar.
I placed my order (order no. 5000775466) on 7th Oct 09 and till 14th Oct 09 there was no delivery of the product. When I called customer support then they came to know that there was some error when I placed my order. It means no one was aware whether there was any error or not and if I would have not called for next 20 days also then no one would have taken care about the error, while the money was transferred from my credit card same day.
And executive whom I talked told me that rectification of error will take 48 hours and then after rectification of error order will be dispatched to me. It means previous 7 days wasted and then 9 days more will it will take for the product to reach upto me. It includes 16 days process.
