MY REFRIGETOR NOT WORKING PROPERLY.I HAVE PURCHASED NEW DOUBLE DOOR FRIDGE MODEL EYON FROM M/S.G.S.ENTERPRISES, SAWAI-MADHOPUR ON DATED 06/12.THIS FRIDGE NOT WORKING WORK PROPERLY SINCE 30.06.2009.I HAVE COMPLAINTS ON TOLL FREE NO. ON DATED 05/07 AND GET COMPLAINTS NO.622594.AFTER MANY CALLS ON MOBILE AND YOUR SERVICE CENTER AT JAIPUR AND TALKED WITH MR.VISHAL JI, MR.RAJESH SINGHAL JI, MR.BANWARI JI, YOUR ENGINEER/MACHANIC MR.GOVIND SHARMA FROM DAUSA (RAJ.) VISITED MY RESIDENCE ON DATED 10/07 AND REPAIRED AND I HAVE PAID RS.1850/- IN CASH.. WHEN HE WENT FROM MY RESIDENCE AFTER NOT PROPER CHECKING, I HAVE CALLED HIM AGAIN AFTER 2-3 DAYS AND ASKED THAT ICE IS NOT FRIDGED IN THE REFRIGERATOR.HE REPLIED ME TO COME AGAIN ON NEXT VISIT AND AFTER CALLS AND AGAIN COMPLAINTS ON TOLL FREE HE VISITED AGAIN ON TODAY I.E.26.07.2009 AND AGAIN FILL GAS BUT WHEN WENT OUT FROM HERE NEAR ABOUT 3 HOURS PASSED AWAY, AGAIN NO ICE IS NOR FRIDGED AND NOT COOLED PROPERLY.PLEASE REPAIRED MY REFRIGERATOR PROPERLY UNLESS I WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT BECAUSE I AM SUFFURING SINCE ONE MONTH AND YOUR ENGINEER NOT REPAIRED MY REFRIGERATOR PROPERLY.THIS IS FOR YOUR INFORMATION AND NECESSORY ACTION.
