Reliance Digital not attending the complain

Hi,

Around 2.5 months ago I purchased a Godrej's Convection Microwave from Reliance Digital (Shipra Mall). They had delivered the Convection from the display. Its handle to open the door has been broken. Around one month ago I complained, and got the Complain No: 8000676421, one person visited at my home, he told, it need to replace the handle, he didn't have so will replace within 3-4 days. After that I called many times on his customer care no: 0120-4472222, they had given many commitment, but still the problem has not been resolved!

I am very much annoyed with the Reliance Digital customer care, I had bought extended warranty also from them, I don't understand how I will get service from them in future?

Could anyone please help me.
