In 24 March the door of my fridge was repaired. The door still does not close properly, cool air keeps leaking. i am worried that the fridge will get spoilt. We have to tie it with a rope to keep the fridge door closed.

today when i telephoned for the problem, i am told that we have to pay the service charges again. why, because we were not informed that each complaint is valid for a month.

the gentleman who came to repair told us to pour hot water which will help it to close. but nothing works.

I would be greatful if you would look into the matter.

Since i have always used godrej, i find it difficult to believe that such big companies can do like this.
