PF deducted at source - Non payment - when leaving the institution - Reg

Sir,

I worked in the Gowtam Model school, Adilabad in the year October to October during the period subscription was dedcuted from the salary.

But when I left from the institute thay are not in a position to settle my PF amount. They are irregularly dedcucted from my salary without openining a PF account in favour of me. I have approached the head of institution Gowatm Model school, Himayatnagar, Administrtaive office for payment of the same. But they are negelecting in the issue.

Hence suitable action may kindly be taken to settle the issue to avoid major damages to the other employees.

I would like to know how do I take this up with the EPFO inorder to expedite the claim process.
