Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Milind Bhavsar, want to inform you about my unsuccessful transaction regarding e-ticket booking due to left of time i.e. 15 minutes as mentioned in note. We were not aware about that particular note. Our transaction time exceeds 15 minutes and our blocked seat became unblocked and Rs.309.00 was deducted from our Axis Bank Account. I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible. I am giving the particulars regarding my transaction below
