REFUND NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have booked my ticket on GSRTC online booking system through my ICICI bank Credit Card (Credit Card A/C No. 5176 5336 2669 7004) for “SURAT to IDER” but bus didn’t came & at the time of inquiry bus was cancelled. I have asked about refund of my ticket money to Surat Inquiry Desk but same time I m not getting proper answer to how to get refund my money. Inquire desk officer using the slack language & he has asked me to cancel the ticket on online don’t come to inquiry desk but the office not aware, after departure time cannot cancelled the booked ticket.
